Holistic Wellness Initiatives launched at Mindspace by NatureFit

Hyderabad: NatureFit and Raheja's Mindspace have joined forces to provide Comprehensive Corporate Wellness Solutions. NatureFit, a health tech platform, partnered with Raheja's Mindspace Business IT Park to serve as its Wellness partner for Preventive Wellness and the Indian System of Medicine. The collaboration aims to deliver integrated healthcare solutions to employees across Mindspace's Pune and Mumbai locations.

NatureFit has implemented its wellness solutions for over 1.5 Lakh employees at Mindspace Business IT Park, conducting health camps and organizing events like Yoga Day celebrations and Fitness Carnivals. These initiatives have received positive feedback from employees of ICICI, IDFC, KPMG, and RBI.

To support these initiatives, NatureFit conducted a wellness centre survey within Mindspace premises to understand employee preferences. Activities such as Zumba, yoga group sessions, strength training, diet consultations, and mental counselling emerged as key demands.

The alliance between NatureFit and Mindspace aims to advance comprehensive healthcare services and enhance employee well-being, particularly in preventive wellness and the Indian System of Medicine. NatureFit plans to expand across Mindspace's PAN India locations to promote holistic corporate wellness.

Avneet Bhatia, CEO and Founder of NatureFit, emphasized the importance of prioritizing employee wellness, stating, "Partnering with Mindspace will elevate workplace wellness and empower Indian corporates with innovative solutions."

Huzoor Sheikh, Events Head at Mindspace Gigaplex, expressed anticipation for future collaborations with NatureFit to enhance the holistic wellness experience for employees.

NatureFit plans to introduce a dedicated wellness centre in Mumbai, offering personalized doctor consultations, mind-body exercise programs, and holistic wellness products to optimize employee health and vitality.
